how do i recover information off of an old phone that i forgot the apple id on, to my current phone without losing any info off of either of them?

I left my old iphone in an uber and never got it back. when i went to get a new phone, i went to at&t. i couldn't remember my apple id so the person helping me had me do a new one. none of the info came over to my new phone. pretty sure i didn't have it backed up on any icloud account (i could be wrong on that). anyway how do i recover all my pictures and info from that phone and get it to my current phone without losing any info from either of them?

If you did not have the data on the lost phone backed up, then things are hopeless.

Now, if you did back up the data on the old phone, you would need to know the Apple ID and Password that was associated with that phone. There are no other ways to get at the data.

Your Apple ID is usually your email address. Maybe this Apple Support document will help you recall the password.
