Ventura Reminders App Borked after Mac upgrade

Just upgraded from a 2020 27" iMac to the Mac Studio M2 Max. All went well but my Reminders App is not working. I'm just getting a blank screen with only a search bar. All my reminders & lists are missing (although they still exist on iCloud & my iPhone).

Following the same exact problem on MacRumors, I tried their fix, to quit the app, delete contents of ~/Library/Reminders/, and restart the app. It fixed it for that OP but did nothing for me. Reminders recreated the deleted files but still shows a blank screen. On a whim, also tried restoring contents from a Time Machine backup, but no go. Does anyone have any ideas?
