I can’t get my lockdown mode off, it says it’s off but won’t let me use the app store

I can’t get my lock down mode off, it says it’s off, but won’t let me use the App Store because it says it’s still on.

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 16

You may need to Restart your iPhone after turning off lockdown mode:
