I have a Yubikey 5C NFC. I can’t plug it into the phone. What should I do?

I have an I Phone 14 . I can’t plug in my Yubikey 5C NFC into my phone.

Hello SavSalve,


If your Security Key is an NFC model, you should be able to connect it by holding or placing it near the top of your iPhone.


We can see that you posted from the following support article: About Security Keys for Apple ID - Apple Support


Keep in mind, you need to set up at least two Security Keys so you can use one of them as a backup in case the other one is lost, damaged, or stolen.
