Printing all Bookmarks
I am using preview to view a pdf and have bookmarked a set of pages that I would like to print. Is there any way to print the bookmarked pages only?

With the thumbnail view in Preview, use the cmd-key to select (add) each thumbnail page that has a bookmark. Then visit the Print… panel and choose Pages : Selection in Preview. This will print only those pages that you selected that have a bookmark.
Although one can get a text list of pages in the left gallery that have bookmarks by choosing Bookmarks from the Sidebar display tool on the toolbar, the selection is restricted to only one entry choice.
