I want to be able to view a file or web page and print it to a docx instead of a pdf. Sometimes I want to highlight certain words or sentences or leave out parts that I don’t need.
i can’t do this on a pdf. I would like to be able to do this via Word. Is there anyway to do this?

You can't print to .docx. You would need to convert the file to .docx. How you go about doing that depends on what the original file type is. If you start by explaining what app you're using and what the original file types are, perhaps someone can give you some guidance.
