Is it possible to make an invoice sheet which pulls data from an inventory sheet?

For my tiny business, I was wondering if it is possible to have a sheet of my inventory with "Names - Weights - Prices", and a second sheet for making invoices, which will pull data from inventory sheet?

For example: auto fill data (Cell One: product name and Cell Two : price) when I partially type product name on the invoice sheet?

This is possible with Microsoft Excel (I found a tutorial on it), but couldn't find any info with Apple Numbers.

Numbers can't populate a drop-down (called Pop-Up Menu in Numbers) by reading a range of cells the way Excel can.

You have to populate a Pop-Up Menu manually by selecting a range of cells with the different values and choosing Pop-Up Menu under Data Format in the Cell tab of the right panel. Unfortunately you cannot then just partially type. You have to choose from the Pop-Up Menu.

But you can look up values from your inventory sheet like this.

In B2 of this simple example, filled right:

=XLOOKUP($A2,Inventory::$A,Inventory::B,"Not Found")

Use ; instead of , in the formula if your region uses , as the decimal separator.
