Will I be able to install watchOS 10 if I have iOS 15?

Hello,

I would like to buy an Apple watch 4, but I ran into a question. They will support OS 10, but will I be able to install it if there are only iPhone 7 with iOS 15.7.3 installed?

no, even watchos 9 requires ios16, so if the watch 4 you purchase has that then it will never be able to pair with your iphone7
