We're happy to help, however the steps depend on the device you're using.
On iPhone or iPad running iOS 14 or later, go to Settings > Music > tap Apple ID > Sign Out. You'd then repeat the steps to sign back in.
On a Mac, open the Music app, then select Account > Sign Out.
