This article explains how to sign in and out of your Apple ID on your iPhone which is all that is needed to switch Apple Music accounts: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
However, we do want to let you know that signing out of Apple Music in your device will remove the downloaded songs from your Apple Music playlists on that device.
