i deleted the app few days ago but it still tracking my location

hello, recently i have deleted an app and it still tracks my location so that my battery dies faster. Even if i turn off all my location services, this is still there. Please help me

Hello juliamazed,


  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Privacy & Security
  3. Tap on Location


Find the app in question and remove it. If it isn't there try restarting your iPhone and seeing if the app is still tracking you and/or showed up in the Location settings.


It is also possible you deleted the app from your Home Screen and not the device. See if the app is searchable within the App Library - Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support. You can get here by swiping all the way to the left (past the last page).


Make sure your iPhone is also up to date (currently iOS 16.5.1)
