15.7.7 update --> audio issues? (performance problems)

Your suggestions were not able to resolve the issue, unfortunately.

No incoming or outgoing call lasts any longer than 7 minutes (a new record! since call failure after the 15.7.7 update several days ago).

All calls skip, lag or slow down, or fail to connect at all (think vinyl records, the caller enters a skip-loop that echos their last word before call failure OR their speech is dramatically slowed - similar to when a record player is bumped during playback or is deliberately impeded so playback speed is slower than intended for the vinyl record to play at standard function).

I have performed shut-off, forced shut-off, network settings reset, all settings reset.

None of ^those solutions has repaired the issue I am experiencing.

(so far) Apple nor my cellular carrier have been able to diagnose and acquire a workable solution.

Function failure occurred after the 15.7.7 update.

Cellular service is disproportionately impacted; no function whatsoever beyond several minutes.

Media and audio playback are only impeded by a volume delay, making playback of any kind unbearable due to the yo-yo effect upon the volume settings.

All of this is strange indeed!

My carrier said the same about the manufacturer of my phone, too.

I cannot say that the iOS update is the culprit (yet) since I have a few more variables to check, though I would still advise any other iPhone7 users to avoid it unless absolutely necessary (for them).

If I do find the a solution I will gladly share here within this thread.

So far, no solution - problem not resolved.
