What is a managed user account and how do I change the password?

The account you're on currently is the default user / administrator user, you created when creating an account for the first time on your MacBook Air. You cannot remove yourself from the Administrators group as you need it to make certain actions on the MacBook Air. If you have other users on the MacBook Air you can remove them from this group.
I'd also recommend updating to the most recent update of macOS, which is currently macOS 13.4.1 for the best experience and security updates.
