Seeking YOUR Device:

A.To whom does Account this Pertain?:

Going into Settings, whose name is on to top? If it is your Ex's account, then they are now logged in, and must log themselves out of it. If it is YOUR account, then you need to reset this to Factory settings, and secure your info, as I instated in my previous reply.

B. Resetting to Factory Settings:

If you are so concerned, then reset you iPhone to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. Go here: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Perform as instructed there, including the backup creation and iCloud logout.

Secure your Account:

Not sure. Is this YOUR iPhone? Or is it a company-owned device? Or is Screen Time set up? If neither, then secure your account.

What and How to Secure:

If concerned for device access, then (A)verify your devices, and (B)modify your credentials. Open a new eMail address and use that for your Apple ID.

1. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

C. Report Items to Apple:
