my headphones are no longer showing up as an option to pair to. they were connected to my phone and now they are no longer there, we tested with a couple iphones in the home and no phone is finding them when we hit the pairing button.

my wireless beats are no longer showing up on my phone as a device to pair to. Have tried several times to reset but haven't been successful. I also tried pairing to a different device in the house and they aren't showing up as an option to pair.
