My mother gave me her iPhone 12 Pro Max and I always have to redownload apps to update. Any solution? Here is a video of my problem My mom gave me her phone, long story short, whenever I have to update apps in the App Store I have to redownload because I can't completely remove the synch of her ID (it seems like it's ingrained). I don't want to perform a clean wipe because it's such a major hassle. What she did was, she disabled her Apple ID so I can use my apps via my email/Apple ID..but because of this the App Store still detects that apps are synched to her account with a prompts "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and Itunes." So I proceed to delete the app - then download it again. Thank you I hope I get help

Childs account has been disabled my daughter recently got a new iPad. we are in a shared family plan. We were able to transfer all information from old iPad to her new one. However, she is getting the following message " Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" I need help to allow her to purchase free apps specifically "Roblox".

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
