AirPods Pro 2 Transparency Mode Issues
I bought the AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) back in September when they first came out, and thank god I bought the AppleCare+ that was offered with it. I have now gotten these AirPods replaced 3 times because the transparency mode kept cutting in and out on one of the AirPods. It's like the adaptive transparency kept getting triggered on and off and it got to a point where using the device became unusable in transparency mode. Today I was sitting and watching YouTube when all of a sudden it started happening to my left side. I have never dropped my AirPods nor do they have any contact with water or dust. I clean them quite often and I feel like this is only happening to me. This will be my fourth time replacing them and I am absolutely fed up, I want my first generations back. Has Apple addressed this issue? Has anyone else experienced this? I wish someone could address this. Does anyone have any ideas on how to escalate this to the engineers at Apple? Because no matter how much I complain and try to get it escalated through support, the issue still prevails to this day.
