Refund Elaboration please

Since when is Apple telling me “No” for two separate purchases for

in [app”[s] Subscription renewals to which both were cancelled same if not very next day as transaction/purchase had taken place and caught my attention, One of the Two app(s) DID NOT EVEN register me as a premium account holder with Perks/Membership/Service(s)within app Both(basically$$$ and provided𓂺O0O0OOOO0𓂸)reported both as un-authorized transactions (by minor child)both on card never used to make purchases via Apple or Music Store, anything at all online or conneced thru Apple :charges were simple due to payment methods being within my wallet( which I did add both while using a temporary card issued third part But after many hours wasting breath and on hold Apple refund refusal remaining and consumer less $27.11 for 0 premium membership service Tic Tic- also $11.99 universal remote I've never even logged into or really openes further than page 1

The people responding on this support forum are users like you and we only know what Apple says in its documentation and what our own and other users' experience tells us. Apple does not have much on its criteria for refusing refunds. Here are two sections from Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions - Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple


- "All Transactions are final."

I understand this as meaning Apple is starting from a point where any refund is considered an exception. They can simply say no without having to provide a reason. I understand this can be frustrating but by using the service you agree to the terms.


- "From time to time, Apple may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior that entitles Apple to a corresponding counterclaim."

If you feel you want to discuss a refund request, try to contact a live person using a telephone or chat request.

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

I will attempt one last telephone W/ Apple support in regards to prior issue post momens ago ; in the event of an unsuccessful resolve me and my wife n.children will NOT be Consumers not connected to ANY APPLE PRODUCTS/SERVICES/OR DEVICES any longer as she's made quite an effort in making the adjustments (I'm impressed truthfully🙆‍♂️) and I've done my part in informing apple support, I thank you in advance for assistance and efforts from ALLLL communicatios this dispute unfortunately has debilitated Corp/consumer’s Lengthy Cery Loyal relationship to date! Again thanks in advance for your time and help in this unfortunate dispute!
