Apple Pay number
i use Apple Pay to pay for my daily transport and in order to get control of such expenses I need to find my full Apple wallet number. How can I do that?

Re: “… in order to control my expenses I need the full Apple Pay number …”
First, you’re not going to get one. (because there quite literally isn’t one … it changes for each and every transaction)
Second, your entire charge history will STILL be accessible via your Card Issuer’s existing account management system.
(ApplePay augments - but does not replace - a card issuer’s account management and transaction reporting system)

Apple Wallet is an app and does not have a number. What is the funding source for Apple Pay, a credit card or debit card?
Hi Jeff, even tho Apple Pay is an app -accessed via wallet- transactions via Apple Pay are given an unique number, different to card number, and specific to every device the card has been added to. You can see the four numbers of said number when you go into settings/Apple wallet.
However, in order to control my expenses I need the full Apple Pay number, and I cannot find a way to get any more than the last 4 digits.
No problem. Please read this article on Wikipedia,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Pay
I’ve read it and it’s well written and worth the few minutes so you can understand why the 4 digit number is likely all you’ll ever see because of the tokenization and encryption used. There is also a very good 5 minute video on YouTube you might want to watch, if you’re interested.
I know exactly what you experiencing but you haven’t answered my question, >what is the funding source<?
It is possible you’ll only see the last 4 digits, depending on the source. That’s part of the safety of the encryption used with Apple Pay.
Understand; We also fully realize that it would be most unwise - and clumsy - to routinely submit a personal bank statement as part of a routine “Business Expense Claim.”
That said, we still don’t quite understand what you hoped to gain by obtaining an “ApplePay Number” ???
There is still no corresponding “ApplePay Statement” available. 🤔
Yes and no - there is an unique number given in Apple Pay for each card and device, regardless of transaction numbers.
Yes, I can check expenses via my bank, but a separate transport app will allow me to not just see a daily payment, but the actual fares used, travel, caps etc, rendering more functional than my bank app.
Apologies for that - it’ll be a debit card.
