Shared Album Photos Not Downloading on Laptop?

Hi - I resent all my shared albums and after a week I only see blank images with the cloud icon and none of the images are showing up? I can see all photos/albums on my phone but on my mac it only shows total images and blanks with icloud icon, with maybe 1 or 2 photos. Can see example below.

I have a fast internet connection and have have it powered on but still no changes, any thoughts would be great.
