My Apple TV library on two of three apple tv’s has disappeared, how can I fix this?

When viewing the Apple TV app on your Apple TV device, are you seeing "Library" at the top of your screen as shown in the image below, taken from article, Library in the Apple TV app - Apple Support? If using the suggestions from the article on navigation, does anything appear if "Library" does show?

1. Open the Apple TV app  on Apple TV.

2. In the menu bar, navigate to Library, then browse items, or select a category or genre to filter items.

You mentioned you reset your devices, what exactly did you do to perform this reset? Have you checked to see if the tvOS is up-to-date on your devices? So, we know what it is, what's the tvOS version you have installed?
