Visual voicemail with Telcel in Mexico

Why does apple not have better support for this since for months Telcel can’t get it to work correctly … the down load doesn’t work and no one knows how to fix it

Please contact your Carrier as VoiceMail is a carrier specific feature --> Check your voicemail on iPhone - Apple Support


VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

That’s the issue … I’ve spent over 20 hours at or on the phone with Telcel and they can’t find a way to get it to work again since some sort of update … store level doesn’t even know where to find them on their phones … it would be great if apple can help them support their clients better … Telcel does not seem to know the fix … my wife’s was still downloading the voicemails until she upgraded to the iPhone 14 pro …
