organization of photos

I found the answer to my question in this community, already, so this is not a question so much as a comment (maybe Apple is listening). You want to organize your photos into albums (I assume that is why they are there). So why when you move a photo from Recents into an album you’ve created does it remain in Recents, also. This is dumb as far as I’m concerned. What’s the point of organizing your photos in albums if there are also copies of the same photo all over the place.

You only have one copy. You're adding references to the photo into any number of albums. All pictures will always show in library and in recents. If you wish to find any photo not in an album, create a smart album using "album is not any"
