Music into imovie
I want to add an audio file that is in my iTunes to a slide show on iMovie. The audio files aren’t showing under audio & video tab.

As Ian R.Brown mentioned in his post, it is possible that some of your iTunes songs, particularly those purchased before year 2009, are DRM protected and cannot be used in iMovie.
Another possibility is that the songs are stored in the cloud and have not been downloaded to the iTunes library. Open your iTunes library from the iTunes app and see if there are little cloud symbols next to your songs, indicating that they are in the cloud and not yet downloaded. Click on them to download the songs. Those that are not DRM protected will be usable in iMovie.
As a workaround, you can drag any downloaded songs from the iTunes library to your desktop, and from there drag them into an iMovie project.

They are probably DRM protected. You would need to look on YouTube for an answer to your question.
