Trying to transfer a 14GB media file to my phone's VLC via iTunes but it says I don't have space even when I do.

Checked my space on my phone and it's the same with what it says on iTunes. I still have 42GB left and it won't let me transfer the 14GB file. Is there some fix for this?

a "cannot be copied because not enough free space is available" always comes up whenever I try.

iPad file could not be copied because not enough free space is available (file sharing) I am trying to copy a movie file through file sharing (VLC) on itunes to my ipad but i get an error message that the file could not be copied because not enough free space is available. iPhone storage filling up after attempting to transfer files to Windows PC My iPhone 13 Mini iOS 16.5.1 is filling up with storage when I try to transfer videos onto my PC. I'm trying to transfer a 6 GB video and I have 5 GB free. When I try to transfer, the phone says that it's at full storage, but Windows says it has 5 GB free. This is in the span of 5 minutes, so it's not downloading anything.
