If the Apple account balance is insufficient

I top up Apple Music with my Apple account balance. If my account balance is not enough to renew after expiration, will apple music try to renew through the bank card balance I added in Apple pay?

No. If you add it to your Apple ID it will: Add a payment method to your Apple ID – Apple Support (AU)
