How can I connect two HP M27f monitors to my 2023 MBP using a single cable/dock?

I have bought 3 docks (Belkin, J5 Triple Display USB-C and Anker. Not a single one will push the second monitor through. Please tell me what I need?

2023 MBP M2 Pro 16 GB.

The OWC Thunderbolt Hub might be able to let you connect two USB-C (DisplayPort) monitors or adapters (with resolutions of 4K or less) while taking up only one port on your 2023 (14" or 16") M2 Pro MacBook Pro.

I learned of this when replying to another question in these forums. See the Usage Notes and Display Notes on page 4 of the hub's User Guide, and the display support table on the main product description page (above).

I haven't heard of any other dock or hub supporting this (yet). My guess is that this hub has one of the first implementations of some new capability defined by USB4 and/or Thunderbolt 4.

Those HP MF27f appear to be HDMI-only displays, 1920 by 1080.

The Mac only supports at most TWO displays on one cable out of the computer when that cable is a genuine ThunderBolt cable, and is connecting to a first device that is a genuine ThunderBolt device (Dock or Display).

USB-C is not supported. USB-C has only half as many data pathways as ThunderBolt.

The USB-C (DisplayPort) implementation on the M2 Pro MBPs supports attaching a single 4K monitor. One 4K monitor has 4x as many pixels as a single 1080p monitor, so driving two 1080p monitors over one USB-C cable doesn't seem like it would be prohibitive in bandwidth terms.

It sounds like Macs don't support DisplayPort MST (multi-stream transport) for whatever reason.
