Hi, I have a problem with Apple Card.

I applied for an apple card and got rejected. Information about my application that came to me after on email about my credit scores is not correct, my real credit score is much higher. perhaps the automatic system did not correctly verify my identity. Can I do verification and submit all the necessary documents manually?

No, at this time the process is automated. If the automated systems detects certain issues with the application, the system will send the application for a manual review. There is not an option to manually request a review. If the decision on you application was just a minute or two, it was an automated decision. If your received a notification/email that your application was in >review< it was forwarded for a manual review.

In evaluating your application, Goldman Sachs requested your credit information from TransUnion. Goldman Sachs uses what is called a FICO 9 credit score. The credit score you have is probably a FICO 8 score or VantageScore 3.0. Goldman Sachs will not accept those. You can request a free copy of your TransUnion credit report from the link below. It is a good idea to review your credit report periodically and look for errors or fraudulent activity. If you finds errors etc. you can contact TransUnion and request corrections or additions.
