Apple Watch problem different language

in the app alarms on my watch the done and cancel and symbols are in Chinese or a country that looks like them typing I don’t know how to fix it my brother was playing on my phone and then it happened he was in translation app I’ve looked around at what I can do I am 10 years old but my dad has also looked at how to fix it and He doesn’t know we’ve tried to change the language to English UK and then change it back to English New Zealand but it still doesn’t work there is no other languages downloaded on the watch or the phone except for English New Zealand I have used voice type to try to write this on my phone so if there are some stuff wrong it’s because of that and this is better than typing to me because I don’t know how to write Well please help I’m sending one from messages which looks fine that I screenshot and then I’m sending one from alarms which has stopped working also OneNote has stopped working but I’m only sending one from alarms and messages
