Note password
can some one figure out how to reset the notes password for old notes? Apple isnt much help with this issue, considering how many times this question has been asked

There is nothing to figure out. The reality is: No one, not even Apple, can reset the password for you. You have an unlimited number of guesses you can try, and that’s about it.
According to this Support Article: “Apple doesn't have access to locked notes and can’t help you access them if you forget your notes password.”
