how can I trust Apple company

my and my friends are not satisfied with this case

a lot of people are struggling with this problem

The company should think about this

The company has solved this problem for a few selected people, whereas many people are troubled by this problem.

The manufacturing date of my phone is December 2021

Still my phone is in manufacturing default

Before giving up on Apple, I'd suggest you try a few things:


  1. Check if your phone's software is up to date. Sometimes, software glitches can cause hardware to malfunction.
  2. Try a hard reset. Hold down the volume up button, then the volume down button, then hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
  3. Clean the earpiece with a soft, dry cloth. Dust can interfere with the sound.


If none of these steps help, get in touch with Apple Support or visit an Apple Store. Your phone should still be under warranty if it was manufactured in December 2021.
