Kernel panics, Volume Hash mismatch on MacBook Pro 2019 16"

The logic board on my MacBook Pro 19" 2019 was replaced by an authorized Apple service facility with a brand new Apple logic board and Touch display.

During the first few days after getting the laptop back, the machine experienced a few kernel panics.

Just now, I've received a Volume Hash Mismatch and have seen mention of this problem in threads that refer to bad RAM.

Isn't the RAM attached to the logic board? I am having a major work crisis due to this previously unknown (to me) error

Yes, I've seen a number of people who have reported the "Volume Hash Mismatch" to told us that Apple had to replace their Logic Boards to fix that issue. The Logic Boards of the 2019 models (especially the 16" model) seem to have a much higher rate of failure than any other models (both personally supporting our organization's Macs and also numerous posts on these Apple forums where users have confirmed a Logic Board replacement for several different issues).

Since a replacement Logic Board would have had a new fresh file system put on it, the fact that any corruption of the file system exists so soon after reinforces the idea of a Logic Board failure.

You have a 90 day part or repair warranty on the laptop depending on how the repair was performed. Go back and have them fix it again while the repair is still covered for free.
