The recovery server could not be contacted

I have Macbook pro model A1990 touchbar, when I use internet recovery finally appears High Sierra Os which is old and not compatible with my Macbook version, so that brings the message *The recovery server could not be contacted* My internet speed is good has no any problem. I tried to back the date of Macbook in terminal bar but still brings the same message *The recovery server could not be contacted*

Please help me step by step to solve that issue. Also you can send me tutorial video to solve it
