Keychain Pop ups

I am getting relentless pop ups from keychain asking me for passwords for numerous things..

I cant remember when it started but I did change Os to Monterey recently.

Eg:

| com.apple.iCloudHelper wants to use the login Keychain.......|

| assistant wants to use the "login" keychain....|

Transparent network proxy for Apple system services wants to use the "login" keychain....

Adobe desktop services wants to use the Keychain....

Accountsd asking you often…

Just open the "Keychain Access", click right on the "login" keychain in the sidebar, select "Change settings for Keychain "login"" and unselect both options "Lock after ..." and "Lock when sleeping". – Tom Kraina Sep 8 '16 at 10:55

If your Mac keeps asking for the login keychain password

The password of your macOS user account might not match the password of your login keychain. Either create a new login keychain or update it with your new password.

Many many people have reported this issue.

There are some good responses explanations and references regarding what the key chain is.

Some regarding what a (transparent) proxy is.

No one has responded with information explaining why this occurs suddenly, repeatedly or

why and how a (transparent)proxy is trying to run.

I am the sole/original/only user of my 2021 14" macBookPro running Sonoma 14.2, not running any third party cleaners, haven't changed password.

"Transparent network proxy ..." first occurred Nov 11,2023 after

For the first time I now see many:"Nov 11 12:36:18 smac14 softwareupdated[327]: SUOSUServiceDaemon: Updating current login credential policy to opportunistic" NOTICE level log entries. I don't know if this is related.
