Voice text memos
I just noticed a few voice memos that were sent to me by text message are saved in documents on my iPhone 11. I did not do this. How are these voice texts in my documents?

We tested this on our devices. When we shared recording from the Voice Memos app, it didn't save to the device it was sent to automatially. It had to manually be saved, which saved to the Voice Memos app. Once saved to Voice Memos, you can move the file to the Documents folder with the Files app.
If you didnt move the recording, we recommend that you check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in, and remove device you don't recognize. Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support
