The email account username starts with a G and the mail server domain starts with an M, and it’s a COM domain.

So you don’t remember or don’t know what email address you were using with the Apple ID that you are now seeking to recover?

Or your Apple ID was breached, and those now with control have changed the email address to one they control.

If you don’t recognize that email account, nobody can help with that.

This is not your Apple ID, not your email address, and not your path to (re)gain access this Apple ID.

If this used to be your Apple ID, contact Apple Support and (try to) convince them of your ownership:

I’m not certain what you are asking about here. Can you provide some additional context?

Activation Lock? Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and is intentionally not easy to bypass. You will either need that Apple ID and password, or will need the person that provided this device will need to remotely release Activation Lock, or you will need the original purchase receipts or similar paperwork proof and a discussion with Apple Support. Without that Apple ID or proof sufficient to convince Apple, whatever device you’re trying to access will not be useful to you.

Or is this something in some email message contents?

Or is this some (apparently corrupt) email account setting?

If it is a phishing message per the Related Article linked above, ignore it.

That's rather like saying "I do know the street address; it's 5350. I just don't know the street name". If you don't know the part of the email address that comes after the @, you don't know the email address.
