I have deleted my eSIM. I am abroad and have no phone or text service. Can you please manually add it back?

You’re not talking to Apple here, just other users.
Your eSIM is between you and your cellular provider - Apple doesn’t really play a part in that.
Your best move is to contact your carrier.
