Bought 2 AirPods Maxs - Clamping force looks different

Hi all,

I bought 2 AirPods Maxs recently (for me and my spouse).

However,I started to notice that my AirPods Max feels a bit loose, specially when I wear it and walk around.

Another thing I noticed is that my AirPods Max's (blue one) ear cups doesn't touch at the bottom, while the other one (pink one) does (Please see the photo below).

Does it seems like a defect? Or is it normal?

You may find over time that the fit of AirPods Max differs as they adjust to the user's head. However, if you have concerns over the physical fit and appearance, you're best to visit an Apple Store or service center. You can find those closest to you by visiting: Find Locations. This way they can be physically inspected.
