iMac Ventura 13.4.1
In Settings> Touch ID & Password all options except Apple Watch are greyed out
These options were working fine and I was able to unlock etc with my touch ID. Now all of a sudden they're all greyed out.
Any ideas why?
iMac, OS X 10.11
Does it recognize that you have a TouchID capable keyboard?
Does it show that you have fingerprints registered?
You can try toggling the power switch on the keyboard, and if that doesn't work, connect the usb cable to the keyboard.
Is this computer an iMac an Intel computer ?
Is this computer the Apple Silicon M1 Computer ?
If Apple Silicon Computer suggest following previous suggestion
If Intel computer with this Keyboard / Touch ID built into it, it will not offer the Touch ID capabilities
