Hello LadyEagle07,

Apple Card should by default be sending you electronic copies. From what I've read in the past on why Goldman Sachs may be sending you paper statements, is because by law they're required to deliver your statements to you. Something may be wrong with the email you have on file (which should be your Apple ID) and that is why your receiving paper statements.

Your best bet is to call a Goldman Sachs specialist and ask for it to become paperless and why paper statements are being sent.

  1. Open Wallet
  2. Tap on Apple Card
  3. Tap on More (the three dots in the upper right)
  4. Tap on Card Details
  5. Tap on Call

I hope this helps!
