How can I request a refund from apple

Please read - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.
If you are sure these charges are unauthorized, please change your Apple ID password and device passcodes as soon as possible. You can also go to Step 3 of Safety Check in Privacy & Security within the Settings app. This will show you all devices logged into your Apple ID, please select all devices you don't recognize and remove them. This will sign them out of your Apple ID. How Safety Check on iPhone works to keep you safe - Apple Support.
Also, please keep in mind if you're the organizer of a Family Share group and Purchase Sharing is enabled, all purchases made by family members will go through the default payment method (usually linked to the organizer's Apple ID). If you're not in a Family Share, do the above!!
