How do I request a refund for unauthorized charges on my Apple account?

It is only possible to make purchases when double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen. Authorization occurs with FaceID or Passcode of the device. If you give out your Passcode, you have authorized someone else to use your device and that includes making purchases. If you sign up for a Free Trial, you have authorized a subscription if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. If you do want someone else to use your device and not allow them to make purchases, then it is your responsibility to use Screen Time Restrictions to prevent that from happening.
In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final, but at times Apple may offer a compassionate refund. It should never be expected though.
