Is it true that the cloud does not save your photos after six months they delete it if that’s true where can I save them? I’m on an iPad. Help help help

I deleted from photos from my phone then five months latter they disappeared from my cloud storage why is my photos deleting from the cloud when i have deleted them from my phone five months previously. i needed extra data on my iphone that's why i deleted the photos . The photos deleted with in the last seven days from the cloud, can i recover them ??
