If the amount of withdrawal is more than $10,000.00 federal banking law mandates a 90 day waiting period for accounts less than 90 days old. The Apple Savings account has been around less than 90 days.

Hi, not being argumentative, but I’m unfamiliar with the regulation. Is it part of regulation D, which limits some savings account transaction/transfers?
