How can uI update my IPad if the update is not available

Please identify your iPad model correctly, using these instructions:--> Identify your iPad model

If the update is not available, most likely your iPad Mini is a 2nd or 3rd generation, which cannot support iOS versions past 12.5.7. See why in this compatibility chart:

If you're referring to a second or third generation iPad mini, it's not capable of 13 or higher; try downloading the applications to a newer unit on the same Apple ID first. Otherwise, follow the instructions in the Related Article above.
