how to undo focus on my iPhone
focus and maybe do not disturb are blocking phone calls and texts from friends

When you set up your Focus or enable Do Not Disturb, have you double checked that you have the contacts you want to be able to reach you selected?
Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Focus:
- Open Settings > Focus
- Select your Focus
- Under Allow Notifications make your select under People
Do Not Disturb
- Open Settings > Focus
- Select Do not Disturb
- Under Allow Notifications make your select under People
