We cannot know. We are not Apple. As your fellow end users we have no more access to Apple databases than you.

Start here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.

If Apple’s purchase history shows the purchase, continue with the instructions in that article.

  1. Learn about the charges that may appear on your bank statement. In some countries, charges may be grouped. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
  2. The exact specification for each charge will be listed in the purchase history. View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support
  3. Verify which subscriptions you currently have. See your subscriptions overview - Apple
  4. You may cancel subscriptions on your Apple ID account that you do not wish to continue. If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
  5. All sales are final in principle; every user agreed to that. You may try to get a refund for e.g. accidental or unintended purchases. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support. Apple staff may deny some requests.

If you can’t find the origin of charges in your purchase history, then your someone else may be using your payment method, or some scammer may be posing very similar to Apple. Contact your bank about stopping that.
