iPhone 14 Pro Battery Drain

My iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 16.5 battery drains pretty fast. I last charged it to 91% at 10am and then 8 hours later it was down to 22%. You can see from the screenshots attached that I don't use my phone that much. The main culprit appears to be Spotify running in the background. I deleted the app and redownloaded it, however, this didn't make a difference and is still using a lot of power. You can see that my screen is idle for most of the day so I'm not sure why the battery seems to be dropping so quickly. I have also included a screenshot of the apps I use and their consumption so maybe someone could tell me that this is normal. I appreciate any help anyone can provide, thank you.

Based on what you've shared Background Activity appears to be the main cause of battery drain for your iPhone over time. To help improve your battery life we recommend following the guidance listed here: About the battery usage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

* Background Activity means that most of the app's battery usage — such as playing music or tracking location — happened while the app was in the background.

You can find steps to individually manage this feature for certain apps by continuing under "Adjust settings to improve battery life".
