-9934 Error on Image Capture

I can download the rest of the videos just fine; it's just this one file.

The only thing that is perhaps different is that it's the biggest (4.29 GB), but it is not that much bigger than the runner-up (3.75 GB).

Even when I try to upload it from the Nikon software (it's a Nikon Z30), it says "Cannot Select This File."

I really just want to get this video. Is there anything I can do?

Photos unable to save as video cannot decode When selecting Live Photos to save as a video I am getting the error message ‘Unable to save: Cannot Decode’ can anyone help solve? I’ve never had an issue saving Live photos as a video.
