Cannot see Health App invite that my partner has sent for sharing health app info

I was able to share my Health App information with my fiancé, but when she sends a request from her health app to me, I do not get the invite. I have tried it multiple times, she gets the invite from me in an instant but I never receive the notification of the invite when she sends. In her Health app it shows invite pending for eternity.

I experienced the same issue.

My hubby shared his health app data with me, and I was able to accept the invitation.

I remained unable to share my data regardless whether I shared it, or he asked to share, and we tried it all: updated iOS, upgraded maxed out iCloud space, ensured our reciprocal contacts had the Apple ID email saved in them.

What solved it: enabling iMessages to be received both via phone number and Apple ID. To do that, go to Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ 1) ensure that iMessage is activated 2) go to Send & Receive ➡️ enable iMessages via Apple ID

it asked me to sign in, but did it automatically without any notification.

Hi aakashuniyal,

One requirement of the feature you describe is mentioned at View data shared by others in Health on iPhone:

"Accept an invitation to view another person’s health data

For a loved one to send you an invitation to view their health data, they must have an iPhone with iOS 15 or later.

  1. After the invitation arrives, do one of the following:
    • Tap the invitation, such as on the Lock Screen or in Notification Center.
    • In Health, tap Sharing at the bottom of the screen, then tap View in the invitation at the top of the screen.

2. Tap Accept, then tap Done."

If they are not using iOS 15 or later, that would be one possible explanation. You can also request this from your device:

"Ask another person to share their health data with you

You can ask someone to share their health data with you, if they have an iPhone with iOS 15.6 or later. They control which data they share and when to stop sharing.

  1. Tap Sharing at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap Ask Someone to Share, then choose an option.
  3. Let your invitee know that you need to be included in their contacts to share with you, and that if they need assistance, sharing instructions are available in Share health data with a loved one."

Regards.
